Hi Alex,

Just another note of appreciation for Cochrane Toyota team.  You guys did it again! It gives me great pleasure to see an ever-growning commitment to excellence in your services.  Today I had my oil changed and I was  treated with the professionalism and hospitality that is unique to your dealership.  I hot coffee, a helpful hand and a warm heart waits for you in every step.   Let me explain:

a)      I came 20 minutes late (17 Ave. construction?.etc).  I was prepared to see some unhappy faces and frowning looks.  Just the contrary, Jeff Penner awaited me with a smile and great understanding and service;

b)      I went to make a cup of tea but had no idea how to use your very sophisticated machine.  One of the employees noticed that and came and helped me and also explained to me how many different drinks are available (you are in trouble because I went for seconds?. Got a cup of cappuccinoJ)

c)       While I was awaiting I was marking my students papers and my pen decided to stop working.  Your receptionist offered me not one but two different pens.  AMAZING!

d)      I went to pick up the car and not only the oil was changed but the car had been given a "shower", too.

I am very impressed and can't stop bragging to my family and friends about the services you provide.

"far exceeded, our experiences elsewhere"

Just a short note, to let you know how pleased we were with the service provided by Mike Johnson, one of your Professional Product Advisors. We had visited several other dealerships, however the service provided by Mike, far exceeded, our experiences elsewhere. Mike is very personable, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He was not pushy, and came over as sincere. We found the sales process employed by one or two other dealerships an unpleasant experience, and even though a competitor had initially offered a better deal, we had already decided to purchase the vehicle from Mike, due to his manner and the manner of all staff at Cochrane Toyota. I should add, that Mike was able to match the other dealers offer, which made our decision even easier.

Just picked up both my cars from Cochrane location (getting winter tires put on both). Firstly, we were grateful that both of our cars could be fit in today, especially given the weather. Secondly, both cars were processed within hours of drop off, despite us bringing them in earlier than our appointed time. And most of all I wanted to express my gratitude to the young man assigned to your shuttle for the day as he graciously drove me home twice and picked me up twice. Thank you, thank you, thank you...

"You Guys Are So Awesome"

Hey Guys, just wanted to write you and say how impressed I was last week when I brought our car in for Service. It was just routine work - no major repairs but when I picked it up, you guys actually washed my car?!? Seriously, at no charge. That was so nice you have no idea. I pay my bill, get inside to head back into Calgary and a cold bottle of water is in the cup holder. It may not seem like much but those kind of things really make a difference. You guys are just awesome and I can't wait to send my husband in to try you out too! Thanks...BIG TIME.

"a beautiful Community room"

I am a new client to you and your staff, and have very high expectations; I expect prompt, no nonsense service at a reasonable price. Those expectations were met last week and I thank you for the excellent service on our 2002 Toyota Camry.

I spoke with 5 different people throughout my servicing, and it was evident that everyone was on the same page in providing outstanding, genuine and personal customer service.  This is something that many corporations strive for, but very few can deliver.  Cochrane Toyota can deliver.
