Job Description: A full time Automotive Journeyman position is available within our Toyota franchise. We are looking for hard working individuals able to diagnose and complete repairs and/or service on vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction and profitable sales. The successful candidate must be able to work in a flat rate shop with high efficiency and low come-back rates as well as minimal supervision. If you're a motivated technician and are willing to contribute positively to a quality team environment, you have what we're looking for! Workmanship, discipline, professionalism and a passion for achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction will be the hallmarks of the successful candidate we hire.
Qualifications
? Candidate must have a valid, current & clean driver's license
? Ability to work independently with own initiative, or as part of a team
? Good communication skills
? Ability to work in cooperation with other departments to provide the best possible experience to our clients.
? Strong customer service orientation with an ability to maintain quality of work
